James, chapter four, verse 17, it says, remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do

and then not do it.

Okay, no, seriously, the devotional is titled, what is sin?

And it says this, think back to a decision you made recently that didn't honor God.

Maybe in the moment, the choice felt fun or maybe you didn't know how to say, no,

maybe you just felt stuck or tired and you didn't see any alternative.
