how's it going everybody welcome to the positive Podcast. We're working together to raise our

vibration, lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset. My name is Henry, and in this episode,

we're going to talk about how to create the version of you that you want to be. If you want to feel

good about who you are, what you can do and what

you present to the world, then this is going to be the episode for you. But before we get

started, we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in. We're going to take some

deep, healing, meditative breaths to help us align in the frequency

that we want to be in. So you're going to pick a word. It can be love, joy, happiness, abundance,

whatever word resonates with you. And as we take a deep breath in, we're going to say that word

over and over and over again, really charge ourselves up with that frequency.

And then as we're holding our breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency.

And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state.

So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. And out.

We're going to do another healing breath. This one is going to be about alignment, about allowing

yourself to receive the message that you need for the day, to allow you to be the version of

yourself that you want to present to the world. So imagine that you were surrounded by the most

uplifting, high achieving, energy charging frequency that exists.

It could have a certain color, a certain taste, a certain smell, a certain sound.

However you visualize this energy, when you breathe it in, it's going to charge you up.
