Well, welcome, Serio. Nice to meet you. It's exciting to talk to you because the deal that we're going to be talking about was, first of all, a fantastic deal. You made $25,000 on this one deal. So congratulations. That's absolutely amazing. I mean, you've got to be just thrilled about doing a deal like that, right? Oh, yeah, definitely. It was the best, best feeling ever.

But first of all, Circul, why don't you tell us a little bit about you, maybe, maybe when you got started, what market you're in,

and a little bit of that journey leading up to this first deal.

Okay, yeah. When I first, I mean, got started, got started. It was probably about 10 months ago, maybe a year ago almost. That's kind of when I started getting into it. I mean, watching your videos and taking action. I've been in sales a long time. So I didn't really take me a long time to start. I mean, calling people. I'm not really scared to talk to people at all. So I mean, hit the phones pretty quick.

I did get one deal locked up back like, like I said, about a year ago. But it just needed, I think, too much work. I think I was a little bit too much green to kind of realize everything kind of was going on. So I needed a lot of work. Couldn't really find a buyer for that one. So that that deal kind of fell through. And after that, I got a little bit, a little discouraged, I guess,

and kind of laid buyer for that one. So that that deal kind of fell through. And after that, I got a little bit, a little discouraged, I guess, and kind of laid back for a little while. And then probably in about, I think about August of last year, kind of when I, I mean, I watched a couple more of your videos. I'm like, I don't know why I'm just sitting on the sidelines. Like, let's just let's, you know. So I did that for, it took me about maybe two weeks even and I got another deal locked up. That was, that was the deal that we're working on now or the one back then anyway. And yeah, that's kind of how that that one started. And I'm the Albuquerque Metro market here in New Mexico, so not a huge market, but yeah.

So talk to me about this because this is really common thing to happen where, you know,

you get really excited when you first learn about wholesaling.

I know I did.

I saw like the potential.

I even saw other people doing it a little bit.

When I got started, it was like 20 years ago, so it was a lot more obscure of a thing

than it is today.

But, you know, like I saw these other people doing deals and having success.

And I thought, man, I'm so excited.

I came in with all this energy.

But then you quickly learn that either it's not as easy as you thought or there's a lot

of rejection or

not all deals make it to the finish line. And so if you're not careful, then that discouragement

can kind of deter you or push you, repel you away from the business. And so I love that you
