You made $25,000 on this one deal. So congratulations. That's absolutely amazing. I mean, you've got to be just thrilled about doing a deal like that, right? Oh, yeah, definitely. It was the best, best feeling ever. |

| 0:50.3 | Okay, yeah. When I first, I mean, got started, got started. It was probably about 10 months ago, maybe a year ago almost. That's kind of when I started getting into it. I mean, watching your videos and taking action. I've been in sales a long time. So I didn't really take me a long time to start. I mean, calling people. I'm not really scared to talk to people at all. So I mean, hit the phones pretty quick. |
| 1:30.0 | I did get one deal locked up back like, like I said, about a year ago. But it just needed, I think, too much work. I think I was a little bit too much green to kind of realize everything kind of was going on. So I needed a lot of work. Couldn't really find a buyer for that one. So that that deal kind of fell through. And after that, I got a little bit, a little discouraged, I guess, |

And then probably in about, I think about August of last year, kind of when I, I mean, I watched a couple more of your videos. I'm like, I don't know why I'm just sitting on the sidelines. Like, let's just let's, you know. So I did that for, it took me about maybe two weeks even and I got another deal locked up. That was, that was the deal that we're working on now or the one back then anyway. And yeah, that's kind of how that that one started. And I'm the Albuquerque Metro market here in New Mexico, so not a huge market, but yeah. |
