So on today's podcast we have a very special guest and I'm so excited.

He will have a little introduction to himself as well but Ben is just going to give our very special game.

So the day we have got on Corey Gregory,

who we had on an event a couple weeks back and went down an absolute storm.

So Corey is a fitness entrepreneur who opened his first gym at the age of 20.

And he saved as an underground coal miner for that.

After 10 years of pairs of training, he co-founded a sports nutrition giant muscle farm,

which he led for eight years, I believe.

During that span, Corey appeared on 11 magazine covers

and achieved a pair of,

it was elite totals in powerlifting.

Yep.

And Corey has also competed in more than 15 bodybuilding competitions

and 30 powerlifting meets.

So, wow. Some big stats thrown out there. We have a lot of big stats meets. So wow.
