unpreparing you. Do you have the tools to be better when I'm gone?

And I actually think that's what culture is. Yeah.

Culture isn't when you're in the room saying it. Culture is actually when you're gone,

what is happening? You learn not by doing. You learn by thinking about what you're doing.

If we can't clearly articulate something to someone,

then you don't have the concept,

you don't have mastery of that concept.

If you can get substance,

but substance comes from thinking

and substance comes from discipline.

And those are things that anyone can do.

Here's just a hypothetical situation.

I have a date on the calendar and I need to communicate.

Okay.

I might be doing a business meeting.

I might be preaching a sermon on a Sunday, you know, a web class or something.

And I feel like I have nothing right now.
