0:16.1	distractions and technology and we're going to try to do it from a Christian
0:20.4	worldview we as Christians know that we are accountable to God for our lives,
0:25.4	accountable to Him for our words and really every part of our life, including our time.
0:30.8	What we do with our time, we have to eventually give an answer to God for so we need to be
0:36.3	wise stewards of it. Psalm 90 tells us to teach us to number our days in other words
0:41.6	think through what kind of life that we want to live
0:45.6	because life here will be gone before we know it. Most Christians aren't
0:50.3	tempted to really run away from God as much as we are tempted by
0:53.6	distractions to be distracted from a meaningful life that God has called us to.
0:59.2	I think of stories about churches behind the Iron Curtain, Soviet Union, East Germany, all the
1:05.8	iron curtain countries and how they had to withstand incredible pressure.
1:10.0	They had to sometimes withstand the exile of their church leadership.
1:13.8	Sometimes people in the churches wouldn't get jobs because they professed Christian faith.
1:18.5	It was difficult to find a place to meet.
1:20.9	Many times they didn't have access to all the Bibles that they wanted and
1:25.0	yet somehow those Christians were able to withstand that outside government
1:29.3	pressure but one thing that the churches behind the Iron Curtain were not able to stand,
1:35.0	were the pornographic images and the sexual immorality that came when the wall,
1:41.0	the iron curtain came down. So here are these churches, picture them,
