| 0:32.0 | Before we start, bring invite intention to this practice, a gentle intention. |
| 0:47.0 | Find a space, create a space, a dedicated space in which to meditate. |
| 0:58.0 | This can be any safe warm space. However, as the aim of this meditation is your sleep, I suggest you bed. |

| 1:23.0 | Declutter the space and prepare yourself to begin. |
| 1:32.0 | Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. |
| 1:45.0 | Invite a gentle awareness to your practice. Notice how you physically feel. |
| 1:56.0 | Be aware of who you are physically and mindfully in this moment. |
| 2:08.0 | Accept who you are. It's okay. |
| 2:15.0 | You are okay as you are in this moment. |
| 2:24.0 | Release your body. |
| 2:32.0 | Invite your body to release and save yourself gently. |

| 2:57.0 | You can choose to consider the pattern of your breathing or perhaps simply focus on your physical awareness. |
