I also am not going to lie, I've been feeling really like run down and burnt out and

around and be ready for a busy yet pretty at 23. But other than that, this week I've been really

slow and been taking it easy listening to my body.

And I think it's really good to realize when you are tired or when you are craving downtime,

listen to your body and provide that because you're going to end up being more productive by

resting and recharging rather than keep on going and kind of getting nothing

done because it's easy for us to want to continue being productive, but it's really good to just

stop and recharge. I like this one example that I heard, but we're like an iPhone where our battery

runs out and we have to recharge. And your phone doesn't work when it's low on battery. So it's

really good to recharge, get ready for the week ahead. Don't feel bad about relaxing and

recharging. So I really want you guys to focus on that this week. But I currently am trying to

take it slow, doing one thing at a time. I think also just the winter blues kick in.
