Every single time I talk to you guys, I feel like we're on a FaceTime call, even though

I'm not hearing something back because I'm talking to a mic, but it still feels like I'm talking to my

best friends because you guys are truly my best friends. I am currently on my period and I'm just so

tired. It's something that I've really realized is how my body feels is very influenced by my hormones

and what my cycle is. And currently I'm on my period.

So I'm just so tired and I feel like I'm dragging along. I can barely get anything done.

I feel like I'm not being productive. So I have really been trying to listen to my body and be like,

you know what? What's being productive is not doing work right now, resting and going back to it when I feel

like it or when I can because it's not good to force things because in the end of the day,

it's not going to be productive if you're not getting anything done and looking at things to do.

Like I'm looking at my calendar of things to do and I'm not doing any of them.

I'm just, like, putting them off because I just can't get them done right now.

And I realize it's better to rest and recoup.
