people think that that is what they need to do to be productive is have a

mile long to do list every day. So that is the first myth. I'm like no

absolutely not because then you're just spreading your energy and your time

like so thin that you're not doing anything well and

chances are you're not getting the important things done because you're

kind of just like I don't know about you but if I have a giant to do list

I just get overwhelmed before I get started like I just look at it and I'm like

woo okay like I don't know what is going on how am I going to get all this done

today so I'm all about prioritizing like choosing your focus three every day

knowing which tasks deserve your best time and energy every every day so you can

give those tasks your best time and energy
