In this episode, we discuss how to be your highest self now.
Focusing on the "now" is the best way to grow and uplift our energy. Putting things off to the future usually does not work because we are still the same version of ourselves once we get to that time.
That is why I say, "you will not be a better you tomorrow." It's not that we can't improve and become our best selves. You can decide to be that "you" that you think you'll be tomorrow right now! It's not about the external results you achieve when you are your highest self. It's always about the internal state and the growth you have there.

It can be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want. And we're going to take a deep breath in. And as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and over again, really |

| 0:56.3 | And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency. |
| 1:00.5 | And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and |

| 1:28.3 | This one is about alignment, about getting ourselves in receiving mode so that we can receive the message that we need to hear today to get us in that positive perspective. |
| 1:36.3 | So just imagine that you were surrounded by the most healing, uplifting energy that's meant specifically for you. |
| 1:43.3 | It could have a certain color, a certain taste, a certain smell. |
| 1:46.0 | However you imagine it, and when you breathe it in, it's going to charge you up. |
| 1:50.0 | It's going to break down the negativity, the blocks, the weight, |
| 1:53.0 | everything that's just been holding you back. |
