I want to share with you today the ultimate happiness hack.

Now why do we even want a happiness hack?

Let me tell you.

The reason you think you want anything, whether it's a relationship or a boat or a new pair of jeans or a vacation in Italy, whatever it may be, is because you think it will make you happy.

That's the only reason you want it.

Happiness is the goal of all other goals.

Think about it. Why else would you want anything? We want stuff

based on how it's going to make us feel or how we think it is going to make us feel.

And my friend, I have good news for you today

because you don't actually need to acquire anything

in order to feel that happiness and joy.

I'm going to give you the most simple thing that you can do any time, any place, anywhere,

that can bring you back to this state of peace, of joy, of appreciation, which

also makes you a magnet for so many of the things that you also want to attract into your life. This is a very simple one
