Hey everyone, I'm Kristen Hawkins. Welcome to this new episode of explicitly pro-life. Okay, so today,

I'm going to talk to you about my 10 favorite tips for leadership. This is something that,

you know, this is a topic that's very near and dear to my heart. And just, just to be real with you for a

little bit, I was asked to lead and launch Students for Life

of America shortly after I turned 21.

And, you know, I was excited.

I had a lot of drive and ambition.

I still do.

I want to win.

I still do.

And this was a great opportunity.

I mean, the fact that I was given this opportunity to lead this national organization

is unbelievable, okay?

I'm still overwhelmed at, I'm just overwhelmed that what God has been able to do

through students for life and that I was able to have some part.

It's just, it's unbelievable.

But anyway, one of the things I learned very early on after starting Students for Life was I needed

to become a better leader. I had to become a better leader. I had to become a better manager

of my team, of my staff. I need to become a better leader of people. And I think that's

something that's, you know, really important that we don't often think about in the pro-life
