Hey Grilies and welcome back to the pod. Today we're talking all about self-confidence.

And if you saw the title of this episode, then you would know it's kind of similar to the title

of one of my very first episodes, okay? kind of

the title of one of my very first episodes, okay? And we're just going back to that, going back to our roots.

We're talking about confidence or talking about what you can do to be more confident, self-confidence, how you treat other people,

that type of thing.

So everybody get excited.

First up let's chat about my week really quickly

so recently I've decided to exercise.

By recently, I mean the past two days.

And so far this has lasted two days.

We'll see if it continues on to today. I'm not sure. I'm going to be real with you guys.

The other day I went on a hot girl walk with my mom. Like in the middle of the afternoon the other day, and we were just walking and all

the sudden it had gotten really cold, okay? And I look up and I say to my mom, wow, it looks like it's going to rain.

Literally five minutes later,

torrential downpour.

Keep in mind, we're like on this random walking path,

we're not close to the parking lot so we

literally have to hide not hide but like get cover under this these trees and it

lasts for I swear only 15 minutes okay but it's a

downpour and we tried walking continue walking during it but it got so bad.

But I will never understand how people run in the rain.
