grind recently, okay? I literally have been making DIY dorm decor, okay? I did a cute painting. I've been like making this, what is it called, like

wall art thing. It's really not very intricate. It's literally just a wooden initial and I'm going to like spray paint it. But anyway, I'm trying to make my dorm cute. We'll see if I actually use all these things but I think it's fun and exciting and then also today as it will come to a surprise for literally everybody I bet because it was a surprise for me

this morning I woke up at like 645 just for no reason because my sleep has been really bad I've

I don't know. I was just feeling it because I was laying in my bed and I couldn't fall back asleep and I was like I should do something productive

I'm gonna go for a walk and then I did and now I feel so good about myself and I realized that walking helps you stress less because you're not really thinking about anything because you know you're like breathing so hard and then if you start thinking about stuff your breathing gets messed up and I realized why
