And then you want to also understand like we talked about earlier what motivates that person and how they respond some people need that like hard kick in the ass to like go and like hey man you're not doing what you need to do you

need to get in there and like work harder right some people need a little bit of a

softer approach yeah and you know so you just got to understand the type of person that you're dealing with what motivates them and how they respond to criticism. Yeah, right, but I think like in terms of the times where I've had to

I think it comes down to just being like being candid and honest.
