| 0:38.4 | I was working all the time, I was trying to balance everything and anything, but I was really |
| 0:42.1 | not allowing for any slow time, any down periods. And then there was a moment of my life after |
| 0:47.3 | that where I was really burnt out and I had no motivation, no drive, no will to do anything |

| 0:54.6 | It took a lot out of me to create content and to show up in my career. |
| 0:59.7 | And I was just feeling really uninspired. |
| 1:01.6 | But then that kind of led me to find ways to rebalance my stress and all of that |
