My guest today is Sam Korkos, the co-founder and CEO of Levels, a health tech company focused

on metabolic health using continuous glucose monitors.

At levels, Sam has built a fully remote team with a culture that is defined by very few meetings

and a ton of documentation so that info can be shared

asynchronously across the organization.
