So I guess the first thing, you know, when we think of distractions is, is like, I guess, first of what, you know, I guess everybody calls them shiny whistles.

And, you know, loan officers, maybe it's all salespeople, but particularly I've noticed loan officers, myself included, of course, is, man,

we're easily distracted. And sometimes I think we're actually looking for distraction.

And what I want to cover a little bit is like what is a shiny whistle versus what is a distraction
