How would you get a started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

My name is Andrea Flack Weatherald, and I have a degree in social work that I use every day in my life as an improviser and sharing these ideas of how we can bring together components of mindfulness

practice alongside the same skills that improviser comedians use to make their scenes succeed on

stage. We can use those same skills to succeed off stage because all of life is improv.

And so my passion has been bringing these things together, sitting mindfully with

what it means to appreciate life as improv and then pay close attention to what skills are

comedians using so that we can draw from them readily when we need them. And I have found that

there's the most freedom creating work to do when we apply these skills
