The storyteller and writer recently sat down with me to discuss her personal journey in understanding the power of positivity and how she used this to build resilience in challenging times.

2:01.5 | keep to ourselves, or if it's internet culture, or I think just generally, so many of us |
2:07.5 | struggle with the ability to process very, very difficult things. And let's be real, being a human |
