And to that end, last month, I asked you to take part in a survey. It was a six-question survey. And one of the questions

that I asked was, what is your biggest fitness challenge now? So today, I want to talk about

the top 10 answers. We'll start with number 10, safety concerns. These weren't specific, but just, again, a fitness

challenge, a challenge to getting out and walking, concerns about safety. It could be personal safety,

maybe where these folks live. It could be weather related. Again, not all weather is safe. So that could be an issue.

It could also be, as the days are shorter, the darkness obviously can present a safety concern.

And so that was a fitness challenge. That came in at number 10. Number nine, when my routine is disrupted.

Number eight, and this is interesting because to me, this very much ties into a disrupted routine.

Number eight is weekends because you've got a routine that's going along five days a week, and then the weekend comes along,

and that disrupts your routine, your fitness routine, and that can be a fitness challenge.
