When you know what matters, then it's not about saying no to all these things that are

not saying yes to these things.

So it's not about the no.

The no is very negative.

Oh, that hurts my feelings.

It's like, oh, it's so that I can say yes to these things that are more important.

And so it just, it gives you a little bit of permission to refocus on what matters most

right now.
