operations mindset I'm like the more of the marketing and sales mindset so having a mix of those makes a lot easier than me

trying to come up with SOPs that I'll get up halfway through and no one will ever do it.

We'll just figure it out.

I don't continue to be inefficient forever because I'm not going to do it because I don't want to do it.
