Summary

For the first time in his life, Homer is financially liable for his actions. Can he last 3 hours without hurting himself? Meanwhile, Springfield Elementary are preparing to take the Vice President's Assessment Test, which means all of the trouble-makers are sent on a joyride to Capitol City with Skinner. A pretty enjoyable episode that sees Principal Skinner finally earn back some respect from the kids.

Plus, we get a pretty kick-arse parody of Final Destination!We also discuss the origin of the glovebox, kids asking too many questions and the importance of respecting your teacher.
