0:30.0	It's been almost six months since the beginning of shutdowns in the US.
0:37.6	And when I, in American, look around at what is happening in other countries,
0:42.2	I just have a feeling that we've been left behind.
0:47.3	That all these other countries are starting to experience life post pandemic, being able
0:54.7	to travel, going back to offices and schools.
0:57.7	And it just feels like everyone is having a big party without us,
1:02.4	that they can enjoy life again with some risks, but usually safely and responsibly.
1:08.8	And seeing how much we've failed in comparison to the rest of the world,
1:12.4	it's just so different from where we thought we should be.
1:16.0	Last October, this big report came out, a review of pandemic preparedness of 195 countries.
1:25.1	It was called the Global Health Security Index.
1:27.5	And it came out of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security
1:31.1	and the Nuclear Threat Initiative.
1:33.4	And these groups looked at all the 195 countries and they gave them stores
