Hello, hello, everyone, and welcome to the Intentional Advantage podcast.

0:33.0

Oh my gosh, let's just take that in for just a second because for about 182 episodes, I have been saying

0:40.5

the same intro to this podcast with the same name, Productivity Paradox. And here we are,

0:46.4

episode 183, and we are making a change. We're making a big shift. We're changing the name.

0:53.4

1:41.1

on intention and really, really focused time for the people that matter most to me.

1:46.3

2:00.3

And I just, it kind of felt a little bit like, like a rock in my shoe where it's just like

2:05.4

it was fine and it worked, but it just felt not quite there.

2:10.1

And now what's really interesting is a lot of times people ask me, you know, what do you

2:14.2

do for a living or what is productivity?

2:16.4

And I tell people that, yeah,
