And we've got an update from the state of Texas.

It didn't take long for a hit piece to emerge against

candidate Western Martinez.

He has also got a running partner for, think the vice chair position. Texas is going to be

lit this week. But before we bring on our guests, there's an update courtesy of the Gateway Punnet. There's a federal court of appeals decision that

struck down on Colorado University's COVID-19 vaccine mandate as unconstitutional. This is pretty good news in the sense that the

Tenth Circuit covers my state, New Mexico as well as Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, maybe another state in there.

But the article goes on to say in a landmark decision earlier this month, the United States

Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit delivered a scathing rebuke

to the University of Colorado Osha School of Medicine, declaring its COVID-19 vaccine mandate unconstitutional. The 55-page ruling

highlighted that the mandate which excluded religious exemptions was tainted

by religious animus and thus violated the First Amendment's protection of religious liberties.

The court's decision reversed a prior ruling by a lower court bringing to an end a contentious

legal battle initiated by the Thomas More society on behalf of 17 faculty members and students.

These individuals had faced severe repercussions including dismissals and expulsions for the

refusal to comply with the

university's vaccine policy due to their deeply held religious beliefs. Now let's

go back out of the article. This is this hits home. This is

awfully personal to two years truly because as I said New Mexico is in the

Tenth Circuit. Anyone that's familiar with my story you know is that I was in the 10th circuit.
