Hey, I have a friend, like the first small group that I got plugged into, I only really knew one person in that small group. His name is

Bo. And he was always just this really meek, very quiet, skinny guy, didn't like to work out,

wasn't an athlete. So I really, he and I were kindred spirits in that way. And he was just, you know, he would minister to me.

He was just every now and then just say something kind of profound from God's Word. And I haven't

seen him in a long time. And we were texting. We happened to be in the same city. And we were

texting and he was like, hey, let's meet up and get coffee. And so I'm sitting there. And last time I saw Bo, he was on a 40-day fast. Okay, water-only fast. Super emaciated, like, you're going to be okay, bro. You better eat something. Here's a protein bar kind of. I was like, you're, and so true, some of you are like 40-day bass, people do

that? Yes, Jesus did it and Bo did it. And I haven't seen him since then. And so I'm sitting

there in the coffee shop waiting for him to walk in. I'm kind of looking for my, my, you know,

little friend. And all of a sudden, you know, I see this, like, shadowy character,

like Dwayne Johnson walked, you know, like the rock. I'm like, who, you know, who's this dude,

man? And then I look, and I'm like, what in the bench press happened to you? And it's both,

I'm like, bro, what what you, wow, what program?

Like, whole, wow.

And he sits down, I was like, man, you've been working out?

He's like, yeah, a little bit.

And I'm like, man, you found the creatine, you know, wow.

And so we're catching up.

And I'm like, what are you up to these days?

And he's like, I'm a professional arm wrestler.

I'm like, that's a thing.
