this game your whole life and then there are scenarios where you just have no idea right like

I remember watching the donovan people's Jones thing in Kansas City and thinking like okay

I I messed that up but not only did I mess that play up there were players on the field for

Kansas City who messed it up it was a clear reminder, the only person who told me was my special teams coach in college I was talking to. And he told me, he wasn't my special teams coach, Andy Bentley's his name. He was a linebacker's coach, great linebackers coach, who was our special team's coordinator back then.

And he's like, yeah, man, he explained the whole rule to me.

But it was like, okay, I don't feel so bad because so many players botched it. And it was clear that there was a huge miscommunicate. Have you ever seen anything like that block punt situation right there, man? No. and that you know it's good for you to call back to that weird DPJ play as well,

because I'm just shocked and impressed that we were even coaching players to know that role.

Because like I said, like 25 years, I've never seen something like that.

And I definitely never had to ask myself whether you're allowed to punt the ball twice or like

...
