What's going on, guys? Welcome into today's show. Got a great guest for you and Mr. Sean Castrina.

He is not only a serial entrepreneur, but become really well known for his big event, the weekend MBA. He is also the podcast host of

the 10-minute entrepreneur, which has become one of the most downloaded podcasts in the

entrepreneurship category all around the world for really having precise, actionable, bite-sized,

as you can guess it, 10-minute episodes that really impact and

serve entrepreneurs. He has started more than 20 companies over the last 20 years, has a very

sizable real estate investment portfolio, very successful businesses and partnerships,

and he's one of these people outside of his books and all the

content that he shares that is consistently just pumping out value. And so I'm excited for you guys

to get a little taste of Sean today. We covered a lot of great stuff. You know, he normally only

does 10-minute episodes. So getting him into, you know, the sweet spot of a 30-minute

episode, I knew it was going to be fun because we were going to get a little more out of him than

normally he shares. And it was cool to see how I could tell immediately he is a peak performer

for a reason. He does not waste any amount of time. He really

values time. He manages his time very intentionally, and he really lives life in terms of business

in these abbreviated sports together. He gave a little insight on what that looks like for him. He talked about how he

structures his partnerships, how he finds those win-wins and succeeds through other individuals,

which has allowed him to be invested in many different companies, how he ultimately, you know, goes about attracting those types of partnerships
