Although we know swim, bike, and run training are obviously critical for triathlon success, the one super important element that is often overlooked is strength training. On the podcast today, we talk to certified trainer Craig Slobodian (also the kettlebell trainer on our MōTTIV endurance training app) about how athletes can use strength to get faster in triathlon, and why strength training is so critical for every endurance athlete.
