My hope is that these conversations spark moments of resonance and plant tiny seeds of awareness so that we might all collectively

learn and grow. So I think like many of you, all of you, I'm guessing if you like this show, I'm experiencing

whiplash and already a fair amount of fatigue from mayhem, chaos, violence, pain, suffering.

It has been a pretty inauspicious start to the year, I would say, for humanity.

And I'd be lying if I said that I had any certain or fixed ideas about what all is unfolding,

just that I know that the disorder will continue and also that I have faith that we

are going to pull through and that this is a bit like an alchemical turn where the coal is becoming gold. And I think we have to have faith somehow that this is

growing a lot of us up really quickly and that there is hopefully, as much as we're seeing a lot
