John, take a minute. Fill in some gaps from that intro and give us a little glimpse into your

personal life. Sure. I've been a software developer for about 15 years or so and I've always been

interested in motivational speaking and helping people and mentoring and so I got a good opportunity

in my career to sort of help software developers in ways that beyond the technical and so I took it

and I found no one else was doing that. That's pretty much what I do is I really just help

software developers to be better and I love it. I mean I love helping people. I love talking and

just inspiring people to do better and to realize they can become entrepreneurs. Software

developers are in such a perfect position to do that. Kill or position. Now what's about about

the personal silence here about where you're at, family, whatever. So I live in Tampa, Florida.
