A lot of fears crop up when you commit to a life of sobriety. One of the most common fears is how sobriety will change your relationship. Today my husband Russell joins me on the pod to speak about just that!
He was so supportive of me when I declared that I was going to stop drinking, but he also didn’t expect that I was going to make a lifelong commitment to sobriety. Through navigating this together we learned that sobriety is not a bad thing for your relationship. You will still laugh. You will still have fun. You will still have sex!
