1:29.3	Matt, it's great to be with you. Thank you.
1:31.5	So it seems like the political landscape, at least in the U.S., but I think even around the world
1:37.2	in different parts, is more polarized, more frustrated, more distrustful than ever before.
1:46.6	And you studied political science at both an undergraduate and graduate level. And so I wonder, do you actually think that's the case,
1:52.1	or is this something that every generation feels? Yes and yes. I do think it's the case,
1:58.6	at least as indicated by polls, that you'll see levels of civil trust, for instance,
2:02.5	and trust in the institutions of society are down considerably, even from the 1960s.
