share his side of the deal, his kind of details of how he found it and everything. But what happened?

What are we talking about today? Yeah. So we officially closed on a nine key boutique hotel in Iowa.

Beautiful. And Iowa of all places. You're like, yeah, of course, Iowa, the hot bottle of hospitality.

Totally. Yeah. It's been five days. We closed on the 20th. And, of course, great timing, right?

Like, right before Memorial Day weekend when we are sold out, which is great, but operationally difficult.

But yeah, it's been a, it's been a process.

Yeah, to say the least.
