Mary, where did you get the idea from to buy midterm rentals?

I already liked doing real estate investment and we had a long-term investment already.

And then I became a travel nurse.

And as I was looking for these rentals myself and saw the demand and the need for them,

it made me realize I would really like to do that type of investment instead of just long term.

and that whether it's a single female traveling alone or a whole family,
