You know, a lot of people have hundreds of rental properties or these large portfolios.

And I think that it's, it doesn't have to be that intense.

You know, having a handful of properties works out for me.

Being a little bit more strategic with the ROI with it, with the properties that you do

have, having a handful of properties to pay my bills to offset my income has really worked out for me.

So my strategy is a little bit more quality over quantity and properties that are going to be
