program or wanting me to sell you the newest detox this or that. I just hit delete because

the reality is your time to me is precious. I don't want you wasting it chasing yet another

fat, another gimmick, another thing. And here's the deal. You want to hide off the weight.

Push the baby in the stroller when I first started. I then added some vegetables to my diet.
