Today is all about the stock market.

So how risky is the stock market?

And risk is my favorite topic to discuss.

And it's because people are so stressed from thinking about risk I love

helping people think differently when it comes to risk and how you can alleviate some of

that tension and stress so when people think of the stock market some people think about

the companies involved in the market some view the market as this magical and weird

thing that seems scary and complicated because it is so

hard to understand and rightfully so when thinking about the stock market let's think about what it

really is so when you walk down the street and you see an amazon delivery truck and you own

the s mp 500 the 500 largest companies in in the u.s you're saying, hey, I own that company, I'm recording

this right now on a MacBook Pro, I own Apple stock, hey, I own that company.

Really everything I'm doing in a day is with a company and I own those.

I get to participate in the growth of some of the best companies in the world, and I don't

have to attend any board meetings.

It's truly great passive wealth generation. So the stock market can almost seem fake at times and

weird and intimidating, but it's none of those things. It's made up of companies that are

innovating and growing and you get to be a part of that. Stock is just ownership in these companies. But what's the risk of the stock market? Well, let's think about what risk is. Risk isn't really about losing value, which is what we often think about. We think about, oh my God, my money from $100,000 to $50,000, oh, do I need to pull it out?
