I'm so excited, just huge fan of companies,

but also of executives.

And I will tell you one of the things

that I love as looking at your career.

There's kind of been pushback

on the academic side of being executive.

I have my friends out there, the Gary Vs of the world,

but talk about college, graduate schools.

And I grew up in the Dr. Lawyer or Failure family.

And my siblings all went to the Ivy League, Harvard,

Penn, Columbia.

I think that we're miscommunicating

the importance of education.
