success. You know, when we talk about being that higher version of ourselves, the goal is to get that

and maintain that and keep growing, not to achieve it and then go back to where we're at. So this is going to be

key. This is going to be something that I was talking with somebody that was looking at joining

the gym and it's what really brought on this idea, what brought on this message that, you know,

I felt they needed to hear it and I figured might as well share it on the positive mindset

that behavior and building that positive mindset.

But of course, before we get started, we're going to take a deep breath so that we can slow

down, zero in, enjoy this time together, and just take a moment for some self-care.

So when we breathe in, we're going to imagine that we're surrounded by a bright, positive

light, something that's healing that's sent here directly to lift you up, to make you lighter, to put you at ease.

When we breathe it in, it's going to loosen up all that negativity.

And we breathe out, we're going to be left feeling at peace, rested, and ready to conquer the rest of the day.
