everybody tuning in on their different avenues. So today we are

taught, we're taking a continuation of what we were talking about earlier and committing to

something for 10 years, like how long are you willing to commit? And I've got an example of

someone that we all are familiar with. If you're not familiar with it, I'd be shocked because

it's a well-known brand,

a well-known, you know, something you could call success of someone creating something larger than themselves that, you know, affected the world, basically, as far as people know. But it didn't

happen right away. It took a long time. There was a lot of bumps and bruises along the road

to make it happen. So I'm excited to share this story with you if you're not familiar with it or to remind you if you do know a little bit about the story. But of course, before we get started, we're going to take a deep breath so that way we can slow down, zero in, enjoy this time together, and spend a few seconds taking care of self. So this is going to be a healing breath that we take. We're going to make sure it's a high vibrational moment. So we're going to imagine we're surrounded by a high vibrational energy. When we breathe it in, it's going to loosen up all that negativity, anything holding us back. And when we breathe out, we're going to push all that out and be left feeling at ease and in a more positive mindset.

So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in and hold it and out.
