0:04.9	Every case, the federal level, starts with a sentencing guidelines.
0:08.0	Those levels are based upon the harm potentially caused.
0:11.8	There's a number of ways to say it.
0:13.0	In financial cases, it's based on loss.
0:16.9	And by the way, just to be clear, loss can be what you actually took or what you wanted to take.
0:21.5	So it could be like the actual loss or the intended loss.
