Tell me about how escape rooms and axe throwing came about and like how profitable are they?

Yeah, they're crazy profitable.

So I started my first escape rooms.

Really I was one of the first ones in the country.

Like when I first started researching it,

they were all over Asia, and there were like maybe 15 or 20 in the United

States at the time. Keep in mind, there's tens of thousands right now. So there was like 15 or 20 total and I researched and I saw it so I flew to a couple

that were in the United States. Nobody knew what they were and I saw the reason why I was able tell how much money made, because people aren't going to always tell you.

But with escape rooms, you have to book your slots. And you could see how many slots are available, and then you could see how many are full.

And I used to have my assistant, my executive assistant, basically have a spreadsheet of every escape room that existed and they would mark how many sold for each slot for like a month out. and I saw that they were like literally on a

waiting list most people for like a month or so out and they were charging like

25 to 30 bucks an hour and how many hours they were selling I was able to tell and I was like

holy shit this is like crazy amount of money like what are the expenses I went

there I kind of figured out like I could do it for this like there's big money in

it so I'm at the time there was one that opened in Atlanta or two and I was like the probably the third one or so in Atlanta

But I opened I was the second one in New Jersey because New Jersey actually had the first escape room in the country.

First or second.

So I opened up a ton of all throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, because I have a good partner

there, Atlanta, and then Florida, Kansas.

So what is it cost to open an escape room?
