Mark Carney. He is on this shortlist to become the country's next prime minister.

He holds the unique distinction of having led the central banks in both Canada and England.

He's also the United Nations Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance,

and he has a lot to say about this moment in politics and how it could impact the future of the planet.
