Super excited for this episode today because I had the absolute privilege of interviewing Pam,

Most importantly with her story is that she is postmenopausal and struggled to lose weight for a debt more than a decade, like decades and decades.

Not only that really just felt like her body was broken and that

she just felt like a failure because she couldn't get consistent, even though she is a super high

achiever in her job and she is a very, very dedicated person. So being able to go from feeling like

a failure and having that effect and have like a knock on effect into your marriage, into how you parent your kids, into your career, to now having so much more confidence and being at the lowest weight that she's been in since high school, stronger that she's been in, like having actually some abs there as well.

background of who you were prior to losing these 18 pounds that you've lost in lane of plants.

Well, just to take a little way back to when I was about 20 and my family had always been very weight conscious.

So I had gained maybe five pounds and went on Weight Watchers because my sister and I remember going on weight watchers

and eating liver and hating it but that was on the plan so those are my early memories of dieting
