today what we're going to talk to you about is the power of being organized.

Have you ever felt stressed out when you wake up in the morning or stressed out when you get to work because you got to get this done?

You got to get that done.

And maybe the work day starts at 8 a.m. or 9 a.m.

But you really haven't made any forward progress an hour or two hours into your day.

Well, I'm going to tell you how you could fix that. And I'm going to take you way back into

the day when I was a bartender. I worked at a bar that was it looked like from the movie

Roadhouse with Patrick Swayze and I needed a summer job I was teaching I had the

summers off and I had to find a way to make money so I got this job as a bartender only on Saturday nights and my hours were 7 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Well when I got in there the first day nothing was stocked in the

fridges nothing was organized and my first night there was a mess I thought it

was like the people were revolting against me and I

said to myself no way am I going to let that happen again. I'm not going to rely

on the bartender in the shift before me to organize. I'm going to take matters into my own hand and I'm going to show up an hour early.

So I started showing up an hour early at 6 o'clock. He wasn't stocking up for me and the other bartenders so I stocked up for

everybody. We worked from 7 PM till 3 a.m. then we had to clean up and of course we

restocked all of the refrigerators the entire bar for the people

working that next morning.

Little side note, I also did a hundred push-ups every night with the local wrestling coach who worked in the liquor store

and we would do a hundred push-ups at the end of the night at 3 a.m.
