how often should I poop? And that usually comes with a preface of I am constipated or I have

hard or it's rabbit pellets or whatever kind of shit no pun intended they come up with for us and so

seriously as they should, they don't even know what healthy feels like. They don't even know what feeling good is anymore. I don't know if they ever did, and they for surely have not in their adult life. And I preface that by saying, I don't think many adults that you know out there, and you guys are fitness people, if you're listening to this, at least you have an interested in fitness or why the hell would you even, you know, be in my ecosystem.

and ate just green vegetables and lean proteins, which blows my fucking mind that that's a real thing, but it's true. Most adults don't track macros, they have no understanding of it. We just don't teach that stuff in school. I think it's a fail of the educational system and a lot of other things, but I digress. I'm here to talk about poop today. So, and it's a great question.
